Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results\-oriented **Business Development Manager (BDM)** to join our team at DBMCI Calicut. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for business development and student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage student enquiries, admissions, and follow\-ups.
• Lead and motivate the sales and admissions team.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Plan and implement strategies to achieve admission targets.
• Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or team management preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong leadership and problem\-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
