We are looking for a proactive and strategic **Business Development Manager** who can drive growth and expand our client portfolio.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify, penetrate, and engage potential clients to build strong business relationships
  • Generate leads through multiple channels including networking, research, and referrals
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose solutions
  • Develop compelling business proposals, pitches, quotations, and presentations
  • Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Research new business opportunities, markets, and viable revenue streams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customized and effective client solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals for both self\-generated and company\-provided leads
  • Maintain and nurture long\-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional reach
  • Contribute to growth strategies and business expansion plans
  • *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Prior experience in **Digital Advertising / Creative / Marketing Agencies** is mandatory
  • Strong exposure to selling services to **start\-ups and corporate clients**
  • Strategic mind\-set with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities
  • Self\-driven, result\-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
