  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and client\-focused **Client Servicing / Brand Account Manager** who will act as the key link between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will manage brand accounts, drive integrated marketing initiatives, and ensure excellent client satisfaction while delivering impactful results.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build strong, long\-term relationships with clients through effective communication and trust.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear brand and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, media, performance, video, etc.) to ensure timely and high\-quality delivery.
  • Track campaign performance and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and performance reviews for clients.
  • Share insights, recommendations, and improvement plans based on campaign data.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope of work.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross\-selling services.
  • Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • *Required Qualifications \& Skills**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in **Client Servicing, Brand Management, or Account Management.**
  • Prior experience in a **Digital Marketing / Advertising / Creative Agency** preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem\-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast\-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
