Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to lead business expansion initiatives in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, acquiring clients, developing distribution networks, and driving revenue growth for the company.
The ideal candidate should possess strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. The role requires regular meetings with business owners, cafes, restaurants, retailers, distributors, corporate clients, and potential collaboration partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, social media, and market research.
- Build relationships with business owners, retailers, distributors, corporate clients, cafes, restaurants, and strategic partners.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Market Expansion
- Identify potential markets, business segments, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Recommend strategies to increase brand presence and market penetration.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, hospitality businesses, corporate organizations, and retail outlets.

Experience
- 0\-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, retail, hospitality, franchise development, or brand partnerships will be an added advantage.
Working Days \& Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Bond Requirement
- Candidate must be willing to sign a **2\-year employment agreement** and demonstrate a commitment to long\-term business growth and relationship development for the company.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
