###### **About the Role**

We are hiring Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) for an onsite role in Bangalore with Enaviya Technologies (Product SaaS) – a fast\-growing software solutions company specializing in enterprise\-grade digital transformation services.

###### **Responsibilities**

• Drive B2B sales in the Indian market, focusing on manufacturing and enterprise customers
• Independently source and maintain a qualified customer database
• Identify and reach out to decision\-makers to understand business requirements and assess if the company requires any of our services
• Qualify leads through structured conversations before passing them to the BDM.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities

• Proven experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/enterprise clients – combination acceptable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Exposure to handling enterprise\-level accounts in the Indian market
