• *About the Role**

We are looking for a results\-driven Business Development Manager to find new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and grow our customer base and revenue.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain client records and submit regular business development reports.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven record of lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
• Good networking and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-oriented.
