Job Summary
Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – RCM with a proven track record in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management sales.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 3\+ years of direct BDM experience specifically in RCM / Medical Billing sales, with strong exposure to US provider acquisition, client conversion, and revenue growth strategies.
This is a high\-ownership, target\-driven leadership role.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development \& Sales
- Generate new business opportunities in US Healthcare RCM
- Acquire new providers, group practices, and healthcare clients
- Lead end\-to\-end sales cycle (prospecting → presentation → negotiation → closure)
- Conduct client meetings and capability presentations
- Develop customized RCM proposals based on client requirements
Client Acquisition \& Revenue Growth
- Build and maintain a strong US provider pipeline
- Achieve monthly \& quarterly revenue targets
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Negotiate contracts and pricing models
- Maintain CRM and structured reporting of leads
Market Research \& Strategy
- Identify emerging RCM market opportunities
- Analyze competitor offerings
- Develop outreach strategies (email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding
Mandatory Requirements
- Good knowledge in Business development and RCM
- Proven track record of closing RCM deals
- Strong knowledge of:
- AR Services
- Medical Billing
- Denial Management
- Credentialing
- End\-to\-End Revenue Cycle
- Experience handling US clients directly
- Strong communication \& negotiation skills
- Experience in proposal drafting and contract closure
