Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in consultancy services and government \& semi\-government department projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, driving client acquisition, managing bids/tenders, and building strong relationships with government bodies and private stakeholders.

Key Responsibility

• *Business Development \& Strategy**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in PPP and consultancy domains in Pune \& surrounding region
• Track upcoming government and private sector projects — infrastructure, urban development, transport, etc.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand company presence

• *Tendering \& Bidding**

• Monitor portals for EOIs, RFPs, and RFQs related to PPP/consultancy projects through internal team
• Lead end\-to\-end bid management including documentation, coordination, and submission
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams

• *Client \& Stakeholder Management**

• Build strong relationships with government authorities, PSUs, and private clients
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with consultants, partners, and consortium members

• *Market Research \& Analysis**

• Conduct market intelligence on infrastructure trends, PPP policies, and competitors
• Identify potential partnerships, joint ventures, or collaborations

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
