Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result\-driven professional for the role of Manager / Lead – Partnerships \& Cross\-Sell Initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving cross\-sell programs, and managing high\-impact business initiatives across supply chain, insurance, and allied financial ecosystems.
This role requires strong analytical skills, program management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to create scalable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard partners across supply chain, insurance, and allied financial ecosystems
Build strategic partnerships and create win\-win commercial models
Design and execute cross\-sell programs using existing customer and corporate databases
Work closely with internal teams to integrate partner offerings into existing business processes
Build structured databases for customer segmentation, lead generation, and opportunity tracking
Develop dashboards, MIS, and performance reports for business tracking
Create review mechanisms, calendars, and governance systems for smooth execution
Ensure timely follow\-ups and coordination across teams, vendors, and partners
Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Drive business growth through continuous monitoring and improvement of conversion funnels
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in NBFC, fintech, consulting, partnerships, or financial services
Strong understanding of financial services and partnership ecosystems
Experience in building and managing programs from scratch
Strong analytical mindset with exposure to MIS, dashboards, and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self\-motivated, proactive, and execution\-focused
Comfortable working in fast\-paced and dynamic environments
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
