Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence across target industries.
\*Key Responsibilities\*
1\. Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
2\. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
3\. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure.
4\. Conduct market research and identify emerging business opportunities.
5\. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
\*Required Skills\*
1\. Strong B2B sales and business development capabilities.
2\. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
3\. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
4\. Strong project follow\-up and relationship management skills.
5\. Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently.
\*Preferred Experience\*
Experience in acoustics, building materials, architectural products, interior solutions, construction products, or related industries.
Proven track record in project sales and client acquisition.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
