Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Client Acquisition \& Business Development**

• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and decision\-makers.
• Present company services and staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.

• *2\. Client Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

• *3\. Requirement Management**

• Collect and analyze job requirements from clients.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs and hiring timelines.

• *4\. Revenue \& Target Achievement**

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand business opportunities.
• Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting reports.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling staffing services.

• *5\. Market Research \& Competitor Analysis**

• Research industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
• Identify new business opportunities in IT, Non\-IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, and other sectors.
• Maintain knowledge of staffing market trends and recruitment best practices.

• *6\. Contract \& Compliance Management**

• Coordinate NDA, MSA, vendor registration, and service agreements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Manage documentation and onboarding processes for new clients.

• *7\. Reporting \& Team Coordination**

• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure successful closures.
• Participate in strategy meetings to improve business growth and client acquisition.

Pay: ₹13,920\.11 \- ₹58,058\.11 per month
