Job Description

  • *Job Title: Business Development Manager (Industrial Machinery Sales)**
  • *Location:** Faridabad, Haryana
  • *Experience:** 3–5 Years (Industrial/B2B Sales Preferred)
  • *Industry:** Blowing Machines / Industrial Machinery Manufacturing
  • *Reporting To:** Managing Director
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • *Business Development \& Sales**
  • Generate new business opportunities through digital platforms, referrals, and market research.
  • Source leads via YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Google Search, and other channels.
  • Update and manage leads in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular follow\-ups and convert leads into qualified prospects.
  • Meet customers personally and travel extensively for business development.
  • Prepare and execute weekly/fortnightly tour plans.
  • Spend approximately 50% of the working time in the field meeting prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales effectively.
  • Achieve monthly quotation and sales targets.
  • *Customer \& Order Management**
  • Coordinate from order confirmation to machine dispatch and installation.
  • Follow up for timely payment collections as per agreed payment milestones.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with production, service, and design teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Arrange customer demonstrations before and after order confirmation.
  • Monitor production readiness and keep customers updated on project status.
  • Ensure all documentation and order formalities are completed accurately.
  • *Digital Marketing Support**
  • Support the company's digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage product promotions on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Coordinate website product updates.
  • Assist in creating product\-related content and videos.
  • Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Manage IndiaMART inquiries and listings.
  • *Required Skills \& CompetenciesFunctional Skills**
  • Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • CRM management
  • Product presentation and demonstration
  • Knowledge of GST, transportation, and logistics processes
  • Understanding of industrial machinery sales is preferred

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and customer visits.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
