Business Development Manager (BDM)

SidandCo Consultancy LLP is an award\-winning performance\-driven digital marketing agency headquartered in Jaipur. We help ambitious D2C and lifestyle brands grow through performance marketing, social media, and brand strategy.

You will manage and convert all inbound client enquiries into long\-term retainers for our compnay.

Every lead is warm — clients approach us first. Your job is to understand their needs, craft compelling pitches, build custom proposals on Canva, and close a minimum of 5 clients every month. This is a creative closer role equal parts strategist, storyteller, and deal\-maker.

Convert all inbound enquiries into closed deals — minimum 5 new clients per month.

■ Lead discovery calls, understand client goals, and present with confidence and precision.

■ Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals at the best value for both client and agency.

■ Build visually stunning, customised proposals and pitch decks on Canva for every prospect

■ Craft innovative content strategies as part of the pitch — not generic decks, but tailored growth plans

■ Leverage AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, and others — to research, write, and refine proposals faster.

■ Lead a seamless onboarding experience for every new client signed

■ Coordinate with the performance, social media, and ads teams for a smooth internal handover

■ Set clear timelines, deliverables, and communication norms from day one.

Own a minimum target of 5 new client closures per month.

■ Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline — every lead tracked, every follow\-up logged

■ Submit weekly sales reports with pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue projections to the Director.

■ Build referral partnerships with web agencies, PR firms, event companies, and business networks

■ Represent the company at industry events, startup forums, and local business communities in Jaipur and beyond

■ Identify collaboration opportunities that generate warm inbound leads for the agency.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
