- *Job Summary**
The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills with a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Build and maintain long\-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- *Qualifications \& Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business development and team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
