Title: Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to execute strategies that drive growth and enhance our market presence.
\- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
\-Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, partners, and influencers.
\- Curate competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, and recommend actionable insights.
\- Negotiation and closing of deals with clients and partners.
\- Monitor and report on business development activities, tracking progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
\- Prior experience of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
\- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
\- Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to work and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
\- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
\- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
\- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced and dynamic industry.
