We are looking for a **Business Development Manager – Agency Channel** to build, train, and lead a strong team of insurance agents.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Recruit \& develop a team of Business Associates
• Train, mentor \& motivate agents to achieve sales targets
• Plan \& monitor sales activities
• Build strong customer \& agent relationships
• Promote company products and ensure quality service

• *Qualifications**

• Experience in sales or team handling (insurance preferred)
• Strong communication \& leadership skills
• Ability to plan, motivate \& deliver results
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Insurance certifications are a plus)

• *CTC \- 2\.5 to 5\.5 LPA ( Depend on Last CTC)**
