- *Role Overview** As a Sales Officer at Shriram Life Insurance, you will be the face of our organization, dedicated to helping individuals secure their path to prosperity. This is a high\-impact, performance\-driven role designed for individuals who thrive on autonomy, relationship building, and financial independence. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, educating them on our life insurance products, and driving business growth through persistent sales efforts.
- *Key Responsibilities:\-**
- *Business Development**: Actively identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and community engagement .
- *Consultative Selling**:\- Analyze customer needs, explain policy features clearly, and recommend the best\-fit insurance products (Savings, Protection, and Wealth plans).
- *Relationship Management**:\- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- *Target Achievement**:\- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas as defined by the regional sales team.
- *Reporting \& Compliance**:\- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and documentation while strictly adhering to IRDAI and company regulatory standards.
