- Lead, mentor, and motivate the admissions and sales team to consistently achieve high performance.

- Monitor team productivity and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
- *Build Strong Relationships**
- Develop lasting relationships with prospective students, parents, corporate clients, and industry partners.
- Guide students in choosing the right technology programs aligned with their career aspirations.
- Represent Techolas at industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline effectively.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for leadership.
- *Collaborate Across Teams**
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and training teams to enhance student experience and conversion rates.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, customer engagement, and overall business performance.
- 3\+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.
- Proven experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Fluent in Malayalam with good English communication skills.
- Self\-driven, target\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.
