Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a proactive and strategic **Business Development Manager** to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. This role requires strong networking skills, business acumen, and the ability to convert leads into long\-term partnerships.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design effective campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to optimize growth strategies.

• *Requirements**

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and risks.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
