Job Description

We are hiring a **Business Development Manager** for our digital marketing and web development agency based in the Chandigarh region.

The role involves generating new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, supporting proposals, and helping close new projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, SEO, website design, web development, IT services, SaaS, or B2B service sales.

*Responsibilities:**

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Apollo, Upwork, referrals, and online platforms.
Research companies and identify decision\-makers.
Reach out to prospects and start meaningful conversations.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, timeline, and fit.
Book discovery calls and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain CRM/pipeline updates.

Support proposal preparation and follow\-ups.

Help convert qualified opportunities into clients.

2–5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, web development, IT services, or B2B services preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, and client calls.
Basic understanding of websites, SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing.
Strong follow\-up and pipeline management skills.
Target\-driven and self\-motivated attitude.
