We are looking for a **CRM \& Sales Coordinator** to support our sales and client relationship processes. This role combines **customer relationship management, sales coordination, lead follow\-up, documentation, and internal coordination** to ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to transaction support.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail\-oriented, and comfortable handling client communication, lead management, follow\-ups, and sales support activities in a fast\-paced financial services environment.
- Manage and update customer and lead records in the CRM system
- Track inquiries, leads, follow\-ups, and conversion status on a daily basis
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow\-up with prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, client interactions, and transaction updates
- Prepare and share sales\-related documents, proposals, and client communication as required
- Support the team in managing onboarding, documentation, and coordination for client transactions
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, confirmations, and next steps
- Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and management for smooth execution
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, client activity, and sales pipeline
- Help improve client response time and overall customer experience
- Ensure data accuracy, proper record\-keeping, and timely CRM updates
- Address basic client queries and route complex queries to the concerned team
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in **CRM, sales coordination, customer support, telesales, or back\-office sales operations**
- Strong communication and follow\-up skills
- Good knowledge of **MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools**
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude in handling client interactions
- Ability to work in a target\-driven and process\-oriented environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **unlisted shares / pre\-IPO domain**
- Familiarity with lead tracking, client onboarding, and documentation processes
- Experience supporting a sales team in a high\-response environment
