Transparent Capital is looking for a talented and motivated **App Developer** with **1 to 3 years of experience** to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with experience in a **Fintech\-based company** and strong knowledge of **Full Stack Development**, including **React.js, Node.js, Frontend, and Backend Development**.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about building scalable applications, have a good understanding of modern development practices, and be able to contribute to both mobile/web application development and backend systems.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web and application\-based solutions
- Work on both **frontend and backend development**
- Build responsive and user\-friendly interfaces using **React.js**
- Develop server\-side logic, APIs, and integrations using **Node.js**
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices
- Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
- Work on fintech\-related product features and modules
- 1–3 years of experience as an **App Developer / Full Stack Developer**
- Prior experience in a **Fintech\-based company** is preferred
- Strong knowledge of **React.js**
- Strong knowledge of **Node.js**
- Good understanding of **Frontend Development**
- Good understanding of **Backend Development**
- Experience with API integration and database handling
- Good problem\-solving and debugging skills
- Understanding of application deployment and version control tools like Git
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in building scalable fintech products
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes
- Understanding of secure coding practices and payment\-related systems is an advantage
