*Job Description: Business Development Manager (Manufacturing)**

We are seeking a seasoned, results\-driven **Business Development Manager** to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record in B2B sales within the manufacturing sector, a strategic mindset, and the maturity to manage complex client relationships.

*Role Overview**

**Position:** Business Development Manager (BDM)
**Experience:** Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
**Compensation:** ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
**Location:** Delhi
**Industry Background:** Manufacturing / Industrial (Tech background is a strong plus)

*Key Responsibilities**

**Market Expansion:** Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, untapped markets, and potential client segments within the manufacturing ecosystem.
**Lead Generation \& Conversion:** End\-to\-end management of the sales funnel—from cold calling and networking to pitching, negotiating, and closing high\-value deals.
**Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long\-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, procurement heads, and decision\-makers in target industries.
**Technical Consultative Selling:** Understand client requirements deeply and collaborate with internal technical/production teams to propose the best\-fit solutions.
**Revenue Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
**Market Intelligence:** Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.

Candidate Profile \& Qualifications

*Must\-Have Criteria:**

**Experience:** Minimum **4 years** of hardcore sales/BD experience strictly within the **Manufacturing background**.
**Age:** 30 years and above.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
**Skills:** Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship\-management skills.

*Preferred/Added Advantages:**

Technical Background**:** A degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or experience selling highly technical/engineered products is highly preferred.
Strong existing network of clients or procurement managers within the manufacturing sector.
