Job Summary

SBI Life Insurance Company is looking for motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Development Manager / Agency Manager in Amritsar, Punjab. Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop insurance advisors and agency partners.
• Drive life insurance sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor team performance and support the achievement of sales objectives.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking and market development.
• Guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop a productive team.
• Good leadership, negotiation, and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and distribution channels is preferred.

Salary and Benefits
