Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership \& Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) focused on tele\-calling franchise sales.
Set team targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of lead generation and franchise sales goals.
Review call quality, scripts, and productivity metrics to drive team efficiency.
Provide coaching, training, and support to BDEs to maximize performance.
Individual Sales Contribution
Maintain personal franchise sales targets alongside managing the team.
Actively engage with high\-potential leads, conduct calls, presentations, and close franchise agreements.
Lead Generation \& Prospecting
Engage and convert potential franchise investors from company\-provided digital leads.
Participate in trade shows and other events to identify high\-potential franchise prospects.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for franchise opportunities.
Sales \& Negotiations
Present Native Touch’s franchise business model and pitch opportunities for ProMill, GoMill, Stories, and Millet Plaza.
Lead negotiations and finalize franchise agreements in alignment with company targets. CRM \& Pipeline Management
Efficiently manage and maintain all leads, follow\-ups, and tasks in the CRM system.
Plan, track, and optimize the sales pipeline for both team and personal targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering leads, follow\-ups, closures, revenue, and team performance.
Develop action plans to address gaps in performance or pipeline.
Onboarding \& Franchise Support
Coordinate with the Operations team and guide new franchisees through site selection, setup, and initial training to ensure smooth onboarding and brand consistency.
Market Expansion \& Planning
Analyze regional markets and identify opportunities for new franchise growth.
Develop strategic action plans to expand Native Touch’s franchise network.
Align sales and expansion strategies with overall business objectives.
4–6 years in franchise sales, inside sales, or business development.
Prior experience in franchise sales and team handling is a strong advantage.
Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data\-driven approach.
Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of managing a team while contributing individually.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of new franchise agreements signed (team \+ individual contribution).
Lead\-to\-close conversion rates (team \+ personal).
Revenue generated from initial franchise fees.
Timely onboarding of new franchise partners.
BDE team performance against targets (calls, leads, conversions).
Accuracy and timely completion of CRM tasks.
Timely submission and quality of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Achievement of pipeline and action plan targets
