Role Purpose
BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding HIL's presence in the assigned
territory by developing strategic relationships with Corporates, PSU’s, Industry associations, and
leadership communities. The role involves identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting
consultative sales discussions, and converting prospects into long\-term partners for HIL's programs.
Key Responsibilities
● Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and outreach.
● Nurturing existing database and leads from existing sources
● Meeting potential clients in person in the assigned territory
● Understanding training needs of the client and submitting proposals.
● Managing key accounts in the assigned territory
● Drive enrolments for calendarised open programs and curated in\-company workshops
● Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
● Working closely with social media team to support marketing campaigns, webinars \& events
Key Performance Indicators
● Revenue generated from open public programs and in\-company workshops.
● Number of new client acquisitions and strategic partnerships across client segment
Desired Candidate Profile
● Bachelor's degree / MBA or equivalent qualification
● 3–10 years of experience in B2B sales, Corporate training sales, Executive Education or HR
solutions.
● Experience selling to HR, L\&D, or Decision makers
● Should have their own transport.
