Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager – Hospitality Business Development to lead and manage strategic sales projects for premium resorts, destination wedding venues, and hospitality brand in South India.
This is a leadership role for professionals who understand hospitality sales, corporate events, MICE business, destination weddings, travel trade partnerships, and revenue growth strategies. You will be responsible for managing dedicated inside sales and field sales teams while driving business acquisition, corporate empanelment, travel trade partnerships, and key account development.

- *Sales \& Business Development Leadership**
- Lead end\-to\-end B2B sales projects for resorts, hotels, wedding venues, and hospitality clients.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies across corporate, MICE, wedding, and travel segments.
- Drive corporate vendor empanelment programs and Annual Rate Contract (ARC) opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with:

- *Team Management \& Project Execution**
- Manage Inside Sales and Field Sales teams.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Conduct weekly reviews and performance tracking against KPIs.
- Ensure timely execution of business development campaigns and market outreach programs.
- *Identify new revenue opportunities in:**
- Corporate Offsites
- MICE Events
- Destination Weddings
- Corporate Day Outings
- Group Travel
- *Travel Trade Partnerships**
- Create and implement sales growth strategies to maximize occupancy and event bookings.
- Client \& Partner Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with key decision\-makers across hospitality and corporate sectors.
- Conduct high\-level business meetings and presentations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, partnerships, ARC contracts, and MoUs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for strategic accounts.
- Manage CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Maintain sales pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Ensure complete CRM compliance and data integrity.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 4–8 years of experience in Hospitality Sales, Hotel Sales, Resort Business Development, Corporate Sales, MICE Sales, Travel Trade Sales, or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and revenue\-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry sales cycles and relationship management.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
