Align growth opportunities with the Group’s technology roadmap and product portfolio strategy.
Lead strategic market development initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Build and enhance relationships with key OEMs and Tier\-1 customers.
Guide product portfolio expansion, including evaluating and supporting product transfer
Opportunities to the India plant.
Build and execute long\-term commercial and market development strategies across Automotive,
Construction Equipment, Agriculture sectors and commercial vehicle segments.
Identify new customers, new applications and high\-potential segments aligned with Group Growth priorities.
Enhance positioning of the company with key OEMs through deep market intelligence and Proactive engagement.
Lead senior\-level customer engagement, strategic negotiations, and long\-term commercial Agreements.
Drive early involvement in customer product development programs.
Develop account\-specific growth plans and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline.
Promote cross\-selling across the global product portfolio to increase customer share.
Evaluate and recommend product lines for transfer to the India plant based on capability fit, Strategic needs, and commercial viability.
Provide commercial inputs for business cases, portfolio expansion, and capacity planning.
