About the Role
GC Cloud Info System Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT Services business. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in IT services sales, lead generation, SaaS sales, and B2B business development. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of technology solutions and be capable of identifying, nurturing, and closing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services, software solutions, cloud services, and SaaS offerings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business reports.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills \& Competencies
Proven experience in IT Services Sales and Business Development.
Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.
Good understanding of SaaS Sales and B2B Sales processes.
Knowledge of software development, cloud technologies, digital transformation services, or related IT solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle multiple opportunities and work in a target\-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA (Marketing) preferred or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidate should be based in Lucknow or nearby areas of Uttar Pradesh.
Strong local business network will be an added advantage.
Self\-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
