The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities** Identify and develop new business opportunities in Electronics and Home Appliances segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and corporate clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends. Handle key customer accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction. Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for smooth order execution. Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports for management. Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. **Required Skills** Strong B2B Sales and Business Development experience. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Strong understanding of Electronics and Home Appliances market. Ability to identify new market opportunities and generate leads. Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
