*Core Responsibilities**
**Medical Liaison \& Referral Networking:** Conduct daily field visits to orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, paediatricians, and general practitioners to promote the clinic’s specialized treatment protocols.
**Corporate \& Industrial Partnerships:** Identify and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with local corporations, factories, and IT parks for employee wellness programs and onsite ergonomic assessments.
**Event Management:** Plan and execute "Physio Camps", seminars and community health workshops at parks, senior living communities, and sports clubs.
**B2B Channel Development:** Build relationships with local gyms, yoga studios, and sports academies to establish the clinic as their preferred rehabilitation partner.
**Territory Intelligence:** Monitor competitor activity in the assigned region, including their pricing, new service launches, and doctor tie\-ups.
**Lead Management:** Collect and track lead data from field activities using a CRM tool to ensure the front\-desk team follows up and converts inquiries into appointments.
