Business Development Manager

Outsourcing Technologies is now hiring an online business development manager who would be responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget. This role involves all day to day aspects of an individual bid. The manager has to work closely with a core team while bringing in subject matter experts when required.

The required manager shall be quick on their feet and assertive yet tactful in motivating their team to produce a successful submission. He/she should be perfect at time management, efficiency, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Generating business through online freelancing portal likes Upwork, elance,Fiverr freelancer etc.
• Candidate should be proficient in writing proposals for projects, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, acting as a communication link between the development team and the client
• Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
• Should be comfortable in client interaction
• Should have prior experience in Web Dev. \& Digital Marketing Company.
• Candidates should be pro\-active and dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: From ₹35,000\.94 per month
