Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations and site visits to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
- Leverage market insights and data\-driven strategies to enhance market positioning.
- *Qualifications \& Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector (residential/commercial).
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, pricing, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
- Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-driven.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision\-making skills.
- Experience in channel partner coordination, market analysis, and sales strategy execution.
- *Experience Required:**
3–5 years in real estate sales / business development, preferably handling commercial and residential projects
Pay: From ₹75,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
