Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver property presentations and site visits to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Leverage market insights and data\-driven strategies to enhance market positioning.
  • *Qualifications \& Skills:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector (residential/commercial).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long\-term client relationships.
  • Self\-motivated, proactive, and results\-driven.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision\-making skills.
  • Experience in channel partner coordination, market analysis, and sales strategy execution.
  • *Experience Required:**

3–5 years in real estate sales / business development, preferably handling commercial and residential projects

Pay: From ₹75,000\.00 per month
