Job Description

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

 Respond to customer emails and queries promptly.

 Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

 Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

 Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

 Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions in the system.

 Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and service standards.

Experience in handling inbound calls and email support is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
