We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Sales Executive to drive business development initiatives, expand our client base, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, a proven track record of closing deals, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- *Client Acquisition \& Pipeline Management**
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and demos both virtually and in\-person.
- *BD Strategy \& Execution**
- Develop and execute territory\-wise BD plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new revenue streams.
- Prepare compelling proposals, RFP responses, and commercial offers in coordination with pre\-sales teams.
- *Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong post\-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage escalations proactively.
- Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, follow\-ups, and account status.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong command over the sales lifecycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.
- *Preferred Skills \& Experience**
- Experience in \[industry — e.g., SaaS / Logistics / FinTech / FMCG / B2B Services].
- Existing network of decision\-makers in relevant industries (CXO, Procurement, Operations).
- Exposure to solution\-based or consultative selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound automation.
