Grow Learn is looking for a dynamic and result\-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a proven track record in sales.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively
Convert leads into admissions/sales
Lead and manage the sales team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track performance and prepare sales reports
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
*Requirements:**
Minimum 3\+ years of experience as sales TL or 2\+yrs as sales manager
Experience in EdTech or service industry is preferred
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Leadership and team handling experience is an added advantage
