The Outbound Sales Team is looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Manager to support our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying potential leads. The candidate will be responsible for outbound lead generation through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and other digital channels, as well as validating inbound leads generated by the digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation for IT services and be comfortable communicating with prospects in India and international markets including the USA, UK, and EU countries.
● Conduct prospect research to identify target companies and key decision\-makers.
● Initiate contact with prospects and introduce the company’s IT services and solutions.
● Qualify and validate leads based on business needs, budget, and project requirements.
● Follow up with inbound leads generated by the digital marketing team and validate them through calls or emails. After validating the leads hand over to BDM.
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems with accurate details.
● Maintain consistent outreach activity levels and meet monthly lead generation targets.
● Prepare and submit weekly reports on lead generation and prospecting activities**.**
● 4\+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation in the IT Services / Software Development / Technology Solutions industry.
● Hands\-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email, and prospecting tools.
● Ability to conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospects.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
● Good research and analytical skills to identify potential clients.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
