Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and professional Business Development Manager to promote and expand our portfolio of Medical Devices and Healthcare Consumables. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong business acumen, and experience in handling hospitals, healthcare institutions, distributors, and key decision\-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's medical devices and healthcare products.
Generate new business opportunities through hospitals, dialysis centers, cath labs, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase managers, biomedical engineers, and hospital administrators.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and product delivery.
