- *About The Marketing Atelier:**
- *The Marketing Atelier (TMA)** is a premium niche marketing agency based in Mumbai, working with brands across **sports, golf, luxury lifestyle, real estate and corporate events**. We specialise in strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, social media growth and brand collaborations. Our clients include names like **Vi Business (Vodafone), Golfoy and** many more.
We are looking for a driven, well\-connected Business Development Manager to own TMA's revenue growth. This is a hunter role — you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, pitching and closing new retainer clients from scratch. You will represent TMA at industry events, build relationships with brand\-side decision\-makers and work closely with the founder to grow the agency's client base.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across premium and niche brand categories
- Pitch TMA's full\-service suite — partnerships, influencer, social media, events — to potential clients
- Build and maintain a live sales pipeline, tracking every lead from first contact to signed contract
- Leverage an existing network of CMOs, marketing heads, brand founders and agency contacts
- Attend and represent TMA at industry events, golf events, brand activations and networking forums
- Collaborate with the founder on pitch decks, credentials presentations and proposals
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
- *What We Are Looking For**
- 3 to 7 years of business development or sales experience in a marketing, digital or creative agency
- Proven track record of independently closing new client retainers — not just managing existing ones
- Existing network of brand\-side decision\-makers in premium, lifestyle, sports or BFSI categories
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services — social media, influencer, partnerships, content
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven and comfortable with a field\-heavy role
- Mumbai\-based with willingness to travel for pitches and events
- *Location and Work Structure:**
Office: Vile Parle East, Mumbai.
Hybrid working arrangement — office presence required for strategy sessions and internal meetings. Field\-heavy role requiring client visits, event attendance and pitches across Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
