About the Role: \-
We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Manager to drive
growth and expand our client base within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships
with real estate developers, and promoting our 3D rendering and visualization services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers,
architects, and construction firms
Generate leads and convert them into long\-term clients
Present and promote the company’s 3D rendering and visualization services to
prospective clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/production team to
deliver customized solutions
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate,
architecture, or related services
Strong understanding of the real estate industry and project lifecycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Comfortable to travel Globally for Business Meet.
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
