Job Description
- *We're Hiring \| Business Development Manager – Retail Sales**

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
- Drive retail sales growth and market expansion.
- Manage channel partners, retailers, and fabricators.
- Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- *Candidate Profile:**
Experience in Building Materials / ACP / Plywood / Laminates / PVC / Glass / Hardware.Strong knowledge of the South Bangalore retail market.Excellent dealer management and business development skills.
