Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented **Sales Executive** with experience in **Retail Sales, B2B Sales, and Dealer Management**. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, expanding the dealer network, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with **dealers, distributors, retailers, and B2B customers**.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Regularly visit **dealer points, retail outlets, and customer locations**.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify new markets and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide relevant market feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in **Retail Sales, B2B Sales, Dealer Sales, or Channel Sales**.
• Experience in handling **dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners**.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the **Vapi and surrounding markets** will be an advantage.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive in business development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Two\-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from **Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, ACP, Glass, Hardware, Paints, Sanitaryware**, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
