Job Description
- *NexveraHub is an EdTech company** offering online courses and tuition programs. We are looking for a passionate and target\-driven **Business Development Manager** to generate leads, counsel students and parents, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and convert leads into enrollments.
- Counsel students and parents about courses.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for smooth enrollments.
- *Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2\+ years of sales/business development experience (EdTech preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills to enroll students in our courses.
- Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and professional.
- Ability to manage leads, follow\-ups, and basic CRM.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
