Job Description

  • *NexveraHub is an EdTech company** offering online courses and tuition programs. We are looking for a passionate and target\-driven **Business Development Manager** to generate leads, counsel students and parents, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Generate and convert leads into enrollments.
  • Counsel students and parents about courses.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for smooth enrollments.
  • *Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2\+ years of sales/business development experience (EdTech preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong convincing and persuasion skills to enroll students in our courses.
  • Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and professional.
  • Ability to manage leads, follow\-ups, and basic CRM.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
