- *Responsibilities**
- Identify, map, and initiate outbound B2B customer acquisition campaigns targeting C\-level decision\-makers (CEOs, Founders, Operations Directors) within global enterprise markets.
- Pitch the comprehensive operational capabilities of RGI Outsourcing, showcasing our multi\-sector expertise from routine customer support to complex Healthcare and KPO delivery workflows.
- Qualify international procurement requirements and efficiently transition warm corporate leads to the internal technical leadership panel for contract finalization.
- Act as an independent brand custodian, managing the entire outbound pipeline development with complete operational autonomy.
- *Requirements**
- **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 5 years of verified success in international B2B sales, high\-ticket corporate client acquisition, or BPO/KPO project distribution cycles.
- **Communication:** Flawless professional English fluency with elite corporate presentation and boardroom negotiation capabilities.
- **Infrastructure:** Must possess a pre\-existing professional outreach tech stack, including active access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, verified lead databases, and automated cold outreach software handles (e.g., Instantly or Smartlead).
- **Mindset:** An entrepreneurial self\-starter who excels under performance\-driven targets and values immense commercial scaling potential over rigid corporate structures.
