Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Associate with prior experience in the HVAC industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling client relationships, and supporting sales growth for HVAC products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
• Generate leads through market visits, client meetings, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and builders.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for project discussions.
• Prepare quotations, follow\-ups, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute towards company revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Prior knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and client\-handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales/business development.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E./Graduate preferred.
• Candidate should have a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
