• *About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship\-driven **Business Development Representative (US)** to join our permanent staffing business. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective candidates, build strong professional relationships, and drive revenue through successful candidate onboarding and enrollment.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Reach out to prospective candidates through calls, emails, referrals, and professional networking platforms.
• Present and explain the company's services, placement process, enrollment structure, and overall value proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the engagement journey.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate the collection of enrollment fees/payments in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor candidate progress and maintain regular follow\-ups until successful placement or joining.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, onboarding activities, payments, and revenue contributions.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong relationship\-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Effective negotiation, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and driven to achieve business goals.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
