\*We're Hiring \| Corporate Tie\-up Executive / Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)\*

\*Salary:\* ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month \+ Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
\#\#\# What You'll Do
Generate and close new corporate partnerships
Meet HR Heads, Business Owners, and Decision Makers
Build and maintain long\-term client relationships
Present recruitment and staffing solutions to companies
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for successful delivery
\#\#\# We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in \*Corporate Tie\-ups / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition / Staffing Sales / Recruitment Sales\*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in client meetings and presentations
Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business
Experience in the HR recruitment or staffing industry will be an added advantage
\*Qualification:\* Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred)
