Are you an MBA student or a recent graduate looking to build a career in **Sales, Business Development, or SaaS**? We're looking for a motivated and confident **Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern** to help us grow our customer base by reaching out to potential clients across India.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands\-on B2B sales experience while working with a fast\-growing technology startup.
About Tenant
- *Tenant** is a modern **Property Management \& Bookkeeping SaaS platform** built specifically for **PG (Paying Guest) owners and multi\-unit property managers** in India.
Our platform helps property owners simplify their daily operations by offering:
- Rent payment tracking \& reminders
- Utility and meter management
- Expense \& maintenance tracking
- Automated tenant notifications
- Multi\-property management from one dashboard
Our mission is to make PG management simple, digital, and hassle\-free.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential PG owners and property managers.
- Make outbound cold calls and follow\-up calls.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
- Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
- Build relationships with prospective customers.
- Work closely with the founders to help grow the business.
Who We're Looking For
- MBA students (Marketing/Sales preferred) or recent graduates.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi** (English is a plus).
- Confident speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and internet research.
