Are you an MBA student or a recent graduate looking to build a career in **Sales, Business Development, or SaaS**? We're looking for a motivated and confident **Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern** to help us grow our customer base by reaching out to potential clients across India.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands\-on B2B sales experience while working with a fast\-growing technology startup.

About Tenant

  • *Tenant** is a modern **Property Management \& Bookkeeping SaaS platform** built specifically for **PG (Paying Guest) owners and multi\-unit property managers** in India.

Our platform helps property owners simplify their daily operations by offering:

  • Rent payment tracking \& reminders
  • Utility and meter management
  • Expense \& maintenance tracking
  • Automated tenant notifications
  • Multi\-property management from one dashboard

Our mission is to make PG management simple, digital, and hassle\-free.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential PG owners and property managers.
  • Make outbound cold calls and follow\-up calls.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the founders to help grow the business.

Who We're Looking For

  • MBA students (Marketing/Sales preferred) or recent graduates.
  • Excellent communication skills in **Hindi** (English is a plus).
  • Confident speaking with business owners over the phone.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and internet research.
