*Key Responsibilities**
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Visit clients, understand technical requirements, and propose suitable automation solutions.
Generate leads through field visits, online research, and networking.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close orders to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain long\-term customer relationships and ensure post\-sales support coordination.
Attend exhibitions, seminars, and technical meetings to promote company solutions.
*Required Skills**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA systems, and automation concepts.
Self\-motivated and target\-driven personality.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Willingness to travel within Maharashtra or Western region.
